Product Overview
The middle layer of the membrane serves as the waterproofing and anti-aging layer, while the upper and lower surfaces are reinforced bonding layers. When bonded with the self‑developed Aichuang binder, the system forms a strong, reliable seal without edge curling or hollowing. The double‑layer waterproofing creates a complete polyethylene/polypropylene (polyester) – polymer cement waterproofing system.

This product is a green, environmentally friendly material – non‑toxic, odorless, and non‑polluting. It fully complies with the requirements of GB/T 17219‑1998 Standard for Safety Evaluation of Equipment and Protective Materials Used in Drinking Water Supply Systems.

With the addition of anti‑aging agents, the product exhibits excellent anti‑aging, anti‑oxidation, and corrosion resistance. It has good flexibility, is easy to bend without breaking, and offers high tensile strength and puncture resistance. It meets the requirements of GB 18173.1‑2006 Polymer Waterproofing Materials – Part 1: Sheets (FS2 grade). Its service life can match that of the building structure. When buried in sandy soil, the polyethylene does not rot or weather. Tested performance: no cracks at ‑40°C, no deformation at +100°C.

Can be applied on damp substrates – as long as there is no standing water. After a heavy rain, simply sweep away accumulated water and begin construction immediately, which is beneficial for tight schedules.

Good flexibility, easy to bend, foldable, and simple to handle. For waterproofing in kitchens, bathrooms, swimming pools, and water tanks, at inside/outside corners and pipe roots, there is no need to form splay or rounded corners; right‑angle finishing is acceptable, avoiding damage to the waterproofing membrane during subsequent tile installation and ensuring no leakage during the second water‑tightness test.

Fast construction with high efficiency. On vertical walls of kitchens, bathrooms, swimming pools, and water tanks, no roughening or interface treatment is required. Tiles can be applied directly onto the membrane, saving labor and effort.

The polymer cement binder used in conjunction with the membrane is also a green, environmentally friendly product. Its main raw material is the proprietary adhesive produced by our company, mixed with cement into a paste. The binder not only has excellent bonding performance but also itself forms a waterproof layer, sealing capillary pores in the substrate and providing water‑blocking action. It has low requirements for the substrate condition and also serves as a leveling layer.

The Aichuang™ high‑molecular polyethylene/poly(ester) (polypropylene/polyester) waterproofing membrane has excellent puncture resistance, can function as a root barrier, and delivers outstanding waterproofing results.
