■ Product Introduction

One‑component polyurethane waterproof coating is a reactive flexible waterproof coating made from isocyanate and polyether as main raw materials, together with various auxiliaries. It exhibits good physical properties, strong adhesion, and cures at room temperature via moisture. Some polyurethane waterproof coatings may produce a slightly tacky film after application; as long as the performance meets the requirements, it is still considered acceptable.

■ Performance Characteristics

1. High strength, high elongation, high solid content, strong adhesion.

2. Self‑leveling, good extensibility, able to overcome leakage caused by substrate cracking.

3. Can be applied at room temperature, easy to handle, non‑toxic, harmless, excellent weather resistance and aging resistance.

4. Easy application – overcomes the disadvantage of two‑component polyurethane coatings which require measuring and mixing, ensuring stable product quality and reliable waterproofing.

Based on tensile properties, the coating is classified into Type I, Type II and Type III.

■ Application Requirements

1. The substrate shall be smooth, clean, free from loose sand and loose particles, with moisture content below 8%.

2. Before application, the substrate must be inspected to ensure it meets requirements. First apply a primer coat evenly.

3. After the primer has cured, apply the second coat. The application direction must be perpendicular to the previous coat to avoid missing areas. Apply 3 to 5 coats in total.

4. After completion, do not walk on the waterproofing layer or carry out the next construction step until the layer has fully cured, to avoid damaging the waterproofing layer.

■ Transport and Storage

1. Store this product in a dry, ventilated, cool place. Unopened, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.

2. Transport as non‑hazardous goods.

3. Polyurethane waterproof coating must be stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse. Shelf life is one year.
