描述

■ Product Introduction

Colored polyurethane waterproof coating is a two‑component, reaction‑curing, synthetic polymer waterproof material. It consists of Component A (polyurethane prepolymer) and Component B (curing agent containing color pigments). On site, Components A and B are mixed evenly at a specified ratio. After application, it forms a brightly colored, highly elastic, seamless waterproof membrane.

■ Scope of Application

  1. Decorative waterproofing projects such as building roofs, balconies, corridors, etc.

  2. Overall waterproofing, seepage control and moisture‑proofing treatment for underground buildings.

  3. Kitchens, bathrooms, non‑drinking water tanks, drains, pipes through walls, etc.

■ Product Advantages

  1. Contains no coal tar, asphalt, etc. – mild odor, non‑toxic, non‑polluting.

  2. Can be applied on any complex substrate; seamless membrane with good integrity.

  3. Good weather resistance, suitable for exposed applications; bright and attractive colors, providing both decorative and waterproof functions.

  4. Liquid application, cures at room temperature, easy handling, short construction period.

■ Application Points

  1. Substrate preparation: The substrate shall be dry, firm, flat, free from dust, oil, and with moisture content <8%.

  2. Material use: Mix Component A and B at a weight ratio of A:B = 1:2. Pour Component A into Component B and stir evenly for about 3 minutes.

  3. Application: Apply in two coats. Use a rubber trowel to apply the first coat evenly. The second coat shall be applied after the first coat is surface‑dry, in a direction perpendicular to the first coat.

  4. Reference consumption: (not specified in original)

■ Precautions

  1. The materials must be mixed thoroughly according to the specified ratio. The mixed material shall be used within 20 minutes.

  2. Application temperature should be above 5°C. Ensure adequate air circulation during application.

  3. Prevent moisture from coming into contact with the materials. Unused coating must be kept sealed, especially Component A, which absorbs moisture easily and cures if not well sealed.
