■ Product Introduction
Excellent aging resistance. After application at room temperature and drying, it forms a high‑quality elastic waterproof membrane that can adhere to damp substrates. Odourless, non‑flammable, environmentally friendly, non‑toxic, easy to apply.
■ Technical Performance
(1) Appearance: Slightly viscous, dark brown liquid.
(2) Adhesion: Excellent adhesion to all building materials (concrete, mortar, ceramics, plaster, wood, etc.); even on damp substrates it adheres very well. For polished or glazed surfaces, adhesion is less ideal; in such cases the surface should be roughened.
(3) Heat resistance: The coating shows no flow, bubbling or any change after 5 hours at 170 °C on a vertical surface.
(4) Low‑temperature flexibility test: The coating remains relatively soft at -20 °C without becoming brittle; no cracks appear when bent around a 10 mm diameter rod.
(5) Water impermeability: Tests on a 1 mm thick coating layer show complete waterproofing; impermeable at 0.1 MPa for 30 minutes.
(6) Chemical resistance: Good resistance to salt solutions, weak acids and alkalis.
(7) Water solubility: The coating is fully soluble in the liquid state but becomes insoluble after drying, forming a unique polymer‑modified bitumen elastic waterproof membrane.
(8) Tests show the coating is non‑toxic and not easily flammable.
(9) Elastic properties: The coating has the elasticity of soft rubber and returns to its original shape after stretching.
■ Scope of Application
Suitable for waterproofing of concrete, mortar, ceramic, industrial and civil building roofs, underground works, bridge decks (waterproofing and damp‑proofing). Also used for anti‑corrosion and waterproofing membranes.
