描述

■ Product Introduction

Non‑asphalt based polymer self‑adhesive waterproofing membrane is a new type of waterproofing material widely used in waterproofing engineering design. The membrane is composed of a polymer material as the base layer, laminated with a non‑asphalt based environmentally friendly polymer self‑adhesive layer. The environmentally friendly polymer self‑adhesive layer has significantly improved aging resistance, superior to that of ordinary polymer membrane layers.

■ Product Characteristics

  1. The membrane combines the advantages of both polymer waterproofing membranes and self‑adhesive membranes, greatly improving puncture resistance, self‑healing ability, high and low temperature resistance, etc., with more stable chemical performance.

  2. The membrane uses a self‑adhesive application process, making construction more convenient.

  3. The self‑adhesive layer uses an environmentally friendly polymer self‑adhesive developed by our company, which greatly improves aging resistance and ensures the permanence of the self‑adhesive effect.

  4. The membrane makes it possible to avoid water channeling (lateral water migration) under polymer membranes.

  5. Safe and environmentally friendly – both the polymer base material and the self‑adhesive compound use harmless, non‑toxic, pollution‑free environmentally friendly formulations.

■ Transport and Storage

  1. During storage and transport, products of different types and specifications shall be stored separately without mixing. Protect from sun and rain, ensure ventilation. Storage temperature shall not exceed 45 °C. When stored flat, stack height shall not exceed 5 layers. When stored upright, only a single layer. Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents.

  2. During transport, prevent tilting or horizontal pressing. Cover with tarpaulin if necessary.

  3. Under normal storage and transport conditions, the shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture.

■ Construction Preparation

4.1 Technical preparation

Prepare a waterproofing construction plan and carry out detailed technical disclosure. Assess all construction personnel, and they must work with certification. Organize training for all construction personnel on relevant operating procedures, specifications and process requirements, ensuring thorough understanding.

4.2 Material preparation

Conduct sampling inspection of waterproofing materials before they enter the site. Organize material delivery and incoming inspection. Only materials that pass inspection may be used.

(1) All waterproofing membranes entering the construction site shall be accompanied by a factory quality certificate, indicating the production date, batch number, specification and name.
(2) Sampling and testing shall be carried out according to relevant standards and specifications; the materials may be used only after passing the tests.
